Goodbye 2011! I can truly say it was the best year of my life so far. It was the year I became a mother when God gave me my sweet peanut. I look forward to a great 2012 and many more amazing years watching Delaney grow. I am thankful for everyday I get to spend with the people I love and try to never take for granted that there may not be a tomorrow. I know it is a privilege and a gift not a right. I hope everyone else also had a great year and is looking forward to whatever 2012 has in store.
We went to a friends New Year's Eve party and enjoyed visiting with friends, food and drinks, and a little dancing too. Delaney was amused by the dance floor and all the people dancing. She danced with momma a little and even danced on her own on the sidelines:) We made it home at 11:55, just in time to ring in the new year with kisses all around! It was a late night for baby D, but she liked hanging out with mom and dad.
I made Gary take our first picture in 2012...doesn't he look excited?
