18 weeks

After a busy weekend, I am ready for an update. We had a good weekend in St. Maries celebrating Paul Bunyan Days and in Coeur D' Alene at Denee and Chris's wedding. I wasn't up for the typical PBD's of walking home at 3am or dancing at the Car Club Dance till they kick us out, but Gary and I were able to visit with family, see the best fireworks ever, and make a quick trip to the Ox to see some friends.

Less than a week till our big ultrasound. I am excited to know the sex and see the baby but a little nervous too. I know they will be looking at the babies heart, kidneys, etc., so I am praying everything looks good. I am glad I didn't hold my breath on the nausea issue, cause I would still be holding my breath! I had several days of bliss with no sickness but then it came back like a ton of bricks. I will say that I have been getting lots more breaks and not constant sickness. It seems like it is only about 3 days of the week that it comes on. I also only work 3 days of the weeek...wonder if there is a coincidence! I am about ready to do 4- 12 hr night shifts in a row for the first time in a month so am feeling a little less than excited about that. If I make it through the next 4 nights without crying, I will be impressed with myself! At least I will have something to keep me preoccupied while I wonder about the baby and what we will find out on Tuesday. My impatience is growing by the minute. I think my belly is growing by the minute too!

Also had to mention Gary's new truck. It was time to upgrade since he has been driving his Ranger for almost 15 years!
