Today marks 30 weeks! For some reason I feel like 30 is a big one. As Dr. Richards told us today..."In baseball terms, you are rounding 3rd and heading home"...gotta love that guy. He was also confused how I lost a pound over the last couple weeks with Thanksgiving. If he only knew how boring a Thanksgiving meal can be for a picky vegetarian. I explained to him that it was probably to even out the 8lb or so weight gain 2 weeks ago! He said he would let it slide this time! Everything else went great. He said my uterus is meassuring about 31 weeks, 1 week ahead of where I actually am so she must be growing well. About 2 weeks ago I started feeling some more pressure down low and noticed that her movement had switched from being in my low abdomen to up high. I thought maybe she is head down now and that would explain the changes. He checked today and also thought she was head down. He said she could change before it really matters but said with a lot of first pregnancies the babies stay head down. And lastly, my diabetes test came back good...yeah!
Other than that we had a pretty good Thanksgiving. I worked the night before and the night of so all we had time to do was enjoy a little time at Kyle and Alaina's for dinner. It was so nice of Alaina to cook for all of us. Saturday we went to Gary's moms for dinner. It was nice to see family even if they were both short visits.
The bedding is ordered and the furniture should be ordered on Wednesday. Next up....clear Gary's stuff out and start painting.

Don't pay attention to my swollen left eye. It is looking much better, but I have been sick and had some kind of eye infection over the last week. My eye was super red and swollen. Wow, pregnancy has really kicked my butt!
