Christmas Joy

Have I mentioned yet how much I love this time of year?!  I do!  Especially now that my baby girl is in a constant state of excitement.  Last year she was too young to really understand much, but this year is a whole new experience.  It is just so fun to see her little face light up over everything.  The lights, the trees, Santa!, the decorations.....The list goes on!  I love sharing it all with her this year.  We had a great weekend together celebrating the approaching holiday.  And of course baby Cannon joined us too!  He is doing a little better with naps so he has been happier lately, which makes me happier too!

We started off making sugar cookies!  I loved this Pinterest idea and it worked so well for Delaney to "squirt" on the frosting.  She asks to make cookies almost daily so she was in heaven.  

Had to get a picture of what Cannon does while we help sister.  Couldn't get the angle right to get more of him and less of me, not real easy when he was batting at the camera the whole time:)

Then we headed to the mall to see Santa!  I was surprised they both did so well.  We actually had the perfect shot of both of them smiling so cute, but Santa's eyes were closed!  I am regretting not picking that one anyways, but the girl talked me out of it.  Oh well, the one we got was cute too and no one is crying!

 Yup! Same Santa every year. 

Had to finish off the night in Christmas PJ's!  Love these little sweeties!
