2 months

Delaney turned 2 months old yesterday.  She has added so much fun and joy to our lives, I already can't remember what it was like without her presence.  Her personality grows by the day. We love her so much and feel so lucky and blessed to have her in our lives.

At two months old Delaney.....

* Sleeps anywhere from 6-9 hours at a time, usually wakes up to eat and goes back to sleep for 2-3 hours.  She continues to be a good sleeper but still takes almost an hour to put to sleep...can't have it both ways!

*She is "talking" more and more.  It's the sweetest sound.

*She loves sucking on her hands and thumb.  I don't think she knows she has control of them yet but when she finds them she is so happy.  She occasionally uses a pacifier but it's mostly at night before she goes to sleep. 

*The day after I posted her 1 month updates, she started tracking items and watching things.  It was so funny when she discovered the little black dog walking across the back of the couch.  It's nice because she likes to watch mobiles and objects now which makes her a little more self-contenting.

*Her neck is getting stronger by the day and she now hates to be laid back.  She wants to be able to see things and this restricts her so she doesn't last long before she is mad.
